Delivery Details

1. Organizer

2. Purpose

By submitting your details, you are providing delivery information so that we may send you an invitation or gift related to Red Bull Back2Beyond. Submissions are limited to one per person and are non-transferable.

3. Eligibility

The organizer reserves the right to decline or cancel any submission at its sole discretion.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide — including your name, address, floor, entry code, and any delivery instructions — is complete and accurate. We rely on the details you submit to carry out the delivery and cannot verify them independently.

5. Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The organizer is under no obligation to make more than one delivery attempt per submission.

6. Failed Deliveries

The organizer accepts no responsibility for deliveries that cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, including but not limited to: wrong address or postal code, incorrect entry code, missing name on door, or inaccessible premises. No replacement delivery will be arranged in such cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or failure in delivery arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to incorrect recipient information, inaccessible delivery locations, or force majeure events. Except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct under Swedish law, the organizer's total liability shall not exceed the value of the item being delivered.

8. Modifications

The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts.

Your data is stored securely using Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure within the EU/EEA. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We store your personal data for a maximum of 30 days after the event. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
